The exotic and enthralling Valley of Nar Phu starts from Besisahar and takes you through colorful valleys and welcoming inhabitants to the Nar Phu Valley. Narrow canyons, lovely forests, amazing rock formations and Tibetan culture influenced regions makes this trek something out of a movie.

You will arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal today. The afternoon is free for exploration in the architecturally beautiful city shining tall and proud in all its grandeur.
We will embark on a drive to Koto today. We start the day early and drive to Besisahar first. The rugged journey to Koto now follows and the road can be challenging at some parts. The passage through amazing gorges and stunning waterfalls makes the drive exciting enough.
The day starts off early as a long distance is to be covered. We cross the river to enter the Nar and Phu valleys. The route today passes through less trodden villages and remote locations making the trek an enjoyable one. The trail passes through a narrow canyon and wide waterfall with an amazing view of the snowy white peaks. The village of Meta lies on an open plain.
Trek out of Meta in order to observe the Tibetan Buddhist chortens. Explore the monolith steep trial to Phu and explore the old dzong. Through scenic canyons and gorges, a line of wonderful chortens takes you to Phu. Explore the famous TashiLhakhangGompa and bring the day to an end.
This day is scheduled for acclimatization with the altitude. Explore the tiny alleyways or hike to HimlungHimal Base camp. Explore the interesting village of Phu and hike up to HimluangHimal Base camp through the glacial valley.
Retrace the route to Meta and turn off at the Nar Phedi monastery. The monastery will be the accommodation for this day and cook along with the welcoming nuns living in the monastery.
This is a gentle day towards Nar. Climb out of Nar Phedi and cross a winding path through wonderfully painted, bamboo topped chortens. Nar is not too far from the main Annapurna trial but is a less trodden, less visited and beautiful location. Nar is a social and lively village than Phu and comprises of chatting women weaving wool fabric for rugs and blankets.
Today is a long day so we head towards the Kang La Pass early in the morning. Enjoy amazing views of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak and continue towards Ngawal. Ngawal is situated on the Upper Pisang route of the Annapurna Circuit trial and is different from the villages we visited earlier. Enjoy the services of Wi-Fi and phone signals with ease in this village.
The weather gets hotter and the altitude decreases as we pass down from Ngawal to Pisang today. The wide and comfortable and offers exotic views of mountain peaks all around. From Pisang, we embark on a four wheel drive to Besisahar, bring the trek to an end.
Embark on a beautiful drive back to Kathmandu today, retracing the same path that we came from. the afternoon is free in Kathmandu, to buy souvenirs for loved ones back home.
With the memories of the wonderful trek on the mind, it is finally time to bid goodbye to Nepal and return back home.
