Duration, Conditions and Location

The Kathmandu Paragliding tour begins early in the morning after breakfast. The takeoff and landing place is Godawari based in Lalitpur. Godawari is a 45 minute drive from Kathmadu city. The takeoff view pint is 2000 feet above Kathmandu valley. From the view point, the Langtang range is easily visible. The best season for paragliding in Kathmandu is regarded to be monsoon. From October until the beginning of May, it is highly recommended to take a flight. The most popular months that tourist flock fr paragliding in Kathmandu valley are November, December, and January. The flight has duration of 20 to 30 minutes.There are three scheduled time or the flights; in the morning, after noon and mid-afternoon. It is best to make pre bookings with the travel agents.
